If you cannot fly then run __Martin Luther King Jr

If you cannot fly then run

__Martin Luther King Jr

The audience was endlessly applauding after astonishing speech of the guest of honour. Everyone in the auditorium was stunned by the success story of the speaker; moreover they were impressed by the list of great achievements, the persona, the command on the domain of expertise, the confidence of the speaker…however I couldn’t resist myself from hearing some pestering comments from a corner.... “How do they manage to be so successful yaar…?”……whispered someone......... “There must be some setting for sure”, added another annoying voice…although irritated with the pesky reactions of those people, a deep thought of analysis sparkled in my mind…..

why people always question about success or achievement of a person while conveniently pretending to be completely unaware of the roller coaster ride of that person about whom they are cooking ‘spicy stories’…why can’t they realize the hurdles or struggle that person might have made to reach at some highest point of achievement in their life…can we all too including those whispering crowd get some tips or mantras to be successful?....

Friends!!

Today’s topic is, “How to be at least ‘0.001 %’ achiever every day”!!

Many readers may wonder about ‘0.001 %’ and why not much. In fact that is not expected and feasible even to get transformed to be ‘100 %’ achiever so easily. It is really difficult. May it be your relationships, health, academics or professional life……

The point is, How can we add that little magical‘0,001 %’ rise in our achievements every day?

There is no thumb rule or formula for overnight success. In fact the achievers have taken those small, significant steps consistently without rest that has led them to the highest level of authority in their field.

In this regard, I happened to read bout Kaizen. It is a Japanese Philosophy that signifies ‘continuous improvement’. It demonstrates a long-term disciplined approach to improve ourselves through small, incremental changes in our daily life to improve outcomes qualitatively. Let us discuss here if Kaizen could be effectively practiced for our personal and professional lives to incorporate that magical ‘0.001 %’ rise in our personal and professional achievements every day…..

Friends, let us too decide today , let us improve repeatedly through those smallest moves towards excellence.....and let us not stop till excellence becomes our habit. This willingness to improve, this desire to excel, this urge to reach our full potential are the keys to unlock the door to personal attainment.....

The most important of all..................

Don’t show off. You are doing self-improvement for your benefit. Don’t waste your time to prove that you are doing something great….and next time when you see any achiever….…Look at their success with a realization that they have not achieved it overnight. It has been a product of many year's struggle, and every year they have displayed gradual improvement in their achievements.

Let me debrief with my all time favourite quote.....

"If you can't fly, then run.

If you can't run, then walk.

If you can't walk, then crawl....

but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward."
